The use of a plate chiller will quickly cool down your wort and get it yeast pitchable in a matter of minutes using a duda diesel or other brands of plate wort chiller.

Gpm of wort flow ratings are determined assuming 5gpm of water flow at 68 f with a desired outlet wort temperature of 75 f.
